Irma Kelly was recognized by the Regulation & Licensing Department receiving the Employee Excellence Award for the 2nd Quarter of 2012. As a receptionist with the Administrative Services Division, Irma has been the smiling face of the Office of the Superintendent for the past six years! She is the pleasant voice on the phone when you call and the first one to greet you when you walk through the office doors. Irma is always on time providing a professional environment and ensuring the front desk is covered during business hours. Aside from superb organizational and communication skills, Irma juggles many responsibilities covering for fellow staff members when they are out of the office. Away from the office you may find Irma at the movies watching a good drama or comedy, which proves her smile never fades! Irma, you’re a “SUPER-STAR”!
Pamela Brommer
Going the Extra Mile award
Pam Brommer was recognized by the Regulation & Licensing Department receiving the “Extra-Mile” Award for the 2nd Quarter of 2012. Pam has been employed with RLD for over seven years starting as a licensing specialist in Boards and Commissions Division working her way to the Alcohol and Gaming Division. Pam has taken customer service to a new level as she consistently deals with challenging situations with patience and a positive attitude. Pam demonstrates this wonderful demeanor with ease to both our external and internal customers, always lending a helping hand. Pam’s secret to success when not working is reading and listening to classic rock! Thank you for all you do to make AGD a success, rock on Pam!
Thomas Maese
Leadership Excellence Award
Thomas Maese was recognized by the Regulation & Licensing Department receiving the Leadership Excellence Award for the 2nd Quarter of 2012. Tom began his career in the Construction Industries Division nearly 11 years ago as a building inspector in Las Cruces. His hard work and leadership skills have paid off over the years as he is currently serving in a supervisory capacity as Chief Inspector for the southern region of the state. Numerous emails and comments continually pour in from contractors and citizens’ expressing their gratitude and commending Tom for his efforts and professional attitude. Tom is an asset and a resource to the industry. Whether work or play, Tom loves the outdoors seeking his rest and relaxation by camping, fishing, and hunting. You’re efforts are greatly appreciated Tom, thank you!
