Money Service Business: NMLS and Consumer Access
Nationwide Multi-State Licensing System (NMLS)
The Financial Institutions Division utilizes the Nationwide Multi-State Licensing System (NMLS) to license all Money Service Businesses in New Mexico.
All licensing / processing fees are paid directly through the NMLS system via debit/credit card.

NMLS Consumer Access
The NMLS Consumer Access portal is a free service for consumers to confirm that the money services business with whom they wish to conduct business is authorized to conduct business in New Mexico.

Authorized Delegates (Agents):
Authorized Delegates (Agents) are defined as any person or entity designated by a licensed money transmitter to provide money services on behalf of such licensee. §58-32-102 (B) NMSA 1978. Below is a complete list of all active authorized delegates registered with the Financial Institutions Division. The list is updated on a quarterly basis.
