How do I get licensed?
Licensee Responsibilities
- Must post a consumer protection bond for $50,000
- Are responsible for any renewal information that they may receive from the Division
- Must renew their licenses every year during their anniversary month. There is a thirty day grace period in which to renew a license, and if it is not renewed with that period, the license will be closed. If the licensee wants to put the license on a temporary hiatus, the licensee must turn in the license, keep all fees updated, and must cease to do business.
