The disciplinary actions reported here are not a complete summary of all activity or a full representation of each case. Disciplinary Action Definitions

  • "Revoke a license" means to prohibit the conduct authorized by the license; "suspend a license" means to prohibit, for a stated period of time, the conduct authorized by the license. Licenses can be revoked pursuant to NMSA 60-13-23. Certificates can be revoked pursuant to NMSA 60-13-24. 
  • "Suspend a license" means to allow, for a stated period of time, the conduct authorized by the license, subject to conditions that are reasonably related to the grounds for suspension. Licenses can be suspended pursuant to NMSA 60-13-23. Certificates can be suspended pursuant to NMSA 60-13-24. 
  • "Administrative Penalties" are assessed pursuant to NMSA 60-13-23.1.
