Notice is hereby given that the New Mexico Board of Funeral Services will convene a Regular Board Meeting on Monday, November 7, 2016. The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. and will be held at the New Mexico Regulation & Licensing Department located at the Toney Anaya Building, 2550 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, NM 87505.
The Board may enter into Executive Session pursuant to § 10-15-1.H of the Open Meetings Act, to discuss matters related to the issuance, suspension, renewal or revocation of licenses.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting will be available at least 72 hours prior to the meeting and can be obtained by contacting the Board Office at (505) 476-4622.
Persons with a disability who need a reader, amplifier, qualified signed language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting may contact the Board Office at (505) 476-4622 at least one week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible.
Persons requesting to be placed on the agenda shall submit a written request, describing in detail the subject to be discussed, and when applicable, submitting at least ten (10) copies of any supporting documentation, at least five (5) days prior to a regular meeting scheduled by the Board, however, persons with incomplete applications are not eligible to be placed on the agenda.
