Regular Board Meeting Agenda- April 17, 2015
Notice is hereby given that the New Mexico Board of Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensing Practices Board will convene a Regular Board Meeting on Friday, April 17, 2015. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will be held at Regulations and Licensing, Toney Anaya Building, 2550 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, NM 87505
The Board may enter into Executive Session pursuant to § 10-15-1.H of the Open Meetings Act, to discuss matters related to the issuance, suspension, renewal or revocation of licenses.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting will be available at least 72 hours prior to the meeting and can be obtained by contacting the Board Office at (505) 476-4890.
If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the board administrator at (505) 476-4890 at least one week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible. Public documents, including the agenda and minutes can be provided in various accessible formats. Please contact the board administrator if a summary or other type of accessible format is needed.
Persons requesting to be placed on the agenda shall submit a written request, describing in detail the subject to be discussed, and when applicable, submitting at least ten (10) copies of any supporting documentation, at least ten (10) days prior to a regular meeting scheduled by the Board, however, persons with incomplete applications are not eligible to be place on the agenda
