Podiatry: Rules and Law

The New Mexico Board of Podiatry will hold a Rule Hearing on Monday, June 10, 2013. Following the Rule Hearing the New Mexico Board of Podiatry will convene a regular meeting to adopt the rules. The hearing will begin at 11:00 a.m. with the regular meeting following immediately after. Following are the proposed rule changes that the Board will consider. Persons wishing to make comments regarding the proposed rules must present them to the Board Office in writing by close of business day on May 31, 2013. Persons wishing to present their comments at the Rule Hearing will need (10) copies of any comments or proposed changes for distribution to the Board and staff.

Energy Codes Press Release 04-25-2013

SANTA FE - The New Mexico Court of Appeals has issued an Order on April 23, 2013 for Rehearing in the case of Southwest Energy Efficiency Project, et al v. The New Mexico Construction Industries Commission and the New Mexico Construction Industries Division. 

Previously, the New Mexico Court of Appeals issued a Memorandum Opinion in this matter on April 4, 2013. The Court’s order for a Rehearing has the effect of suspending the opinion of the court until its final determination.
