Interior Design: Overview
The function of the Board of Interior Design is to license interior designers working in New Mexico. The Interior Design Act provides that no person may use or be identified by the title “Licensed Interior Designer” unless they are licensed.
The Interior Design Board set professional and educational standards and has the authority to take legal action against unlicensed interior designers.
