Next Board Meeting
The Massage Therapy board meeting initially scheduled for February 6, 2012 has been cancelled and will be re-scheduled. Keep checking back for updates.
Change in statutory language
The New Mexico Massage Board has been informed that the NCBTMB no longer uses the term "Category A or B". This means that the language referring to "any NCBTMB category A or B provider" in the Board's rule 16.7.11.9.B NMAC (found in Part 11) is no longer applicable. Licensees should no longer be looking for that term when seeking NCBTMB CE providers. The Board will have to amend its regulation in the near future.
