Note:  Responses to the written questions will be forwarded via email to the potential offerors’ representatives May 8, 2009.  The responses will be accompanied by an Acknowledgement of Receipt form that must be signed by the offeror’s representative, dated and hand-delivered or returned by facsimile or by registered or certified mail by close of business on May 12, 2009   Emails will not be accepted.  Failure to return this form shall constitute a presumption of receipt and withdrawal from the procurement distribution list.

Additional written requests for clarifications of distributed answers must be received by the Procurement Manager no later than May 12, 2009.

The Administrative Services Division (ASD) serves the Regulation and Licensing Department (RLD) as an administrative resource and support system.

Administrative Services Division provides technical, logistical, and fiscal support to assist each division and every employee within the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department in delivering a variety of services efficiently and effectively.

Financial management advice and direction, information management services, property control, office support, and human resource services are provided through the three bureaus within the division, Financial Management, Information Services, and Human Resources.

The support provided by Administrative Services Division ensures the consistency, continuity, compliance, and financial integrity required to successfully achieve department goals and meet the expectations of the public.
